Listed below are the fees for the various professional real estate services we provide:

Bahamas Real Estate Consultancy

We are available on an hourly basis to answer all of your questions about buying, selling or leasing real estate property as well as living in the Bahamas. Everything form immigration requirements for residency, arranging local financing for your real estate purchase and arranging approval for construction permits.

Hourly Rate – $175.00

Bahamas Real Property Tax Services

We will assist in ensuring that the valuation used by the Ministry of Finance Valuation Department is fair and accurate based on the value of your property. And resolving any outstanding balance or issues that you may have with this government office.

10% of overall savings with a minimum charge of $1,500.00

Bahamas Property Search for Buyers

We will actively search the market for available property meeting your specific criteria and handle all paperwork necessary to assist you in purchasing the property of your choice.

Retainer of $1,500.00 plus travel expenses involved in the search.

***However, all fee are offset by commission earned once purchase of the property is finalized.

Listing of Seller’s Bahamas Property

An initial deposit of $500.00 is required to facilitate internet marketing of the property. With 85 percent of Buyers using the internet to research property purchase it is important to maximize your property exposure using this tool.

Also when you list your property it will be exposed to not only the largest number of persons looking to buy but also real estate professionals searching for property on behalf of their clients through our participation in the Bahamas Real Estate Association’s Multi-Listing Service (MLS)

Comparative Market Analysis Report

We will complete a comprehensive analysis of the real estate market to determine the appropriate selling or buying price that would allow you as the seller to get optimum dollar for your property and you as the buyer to receive optimum value for the purchase price paid.

$1,500.00 plus expenses offset by any commissions earned as a result of the sale or purchase of real estate property.
