Baha Mar is changing the Bahamas Real Estate landscape with its “Baha Mar Collection” elite residences which is expected to give real estate investors the opportunity to invest in residences located within the Baha Mar’s Cable Beach development beginning January 2012.
The Baha Mar Collection is a unique offering of some 313 luxurious apartments and villas as elite residences within the resorts five star hotel properties including the Grand Hyatt, Rosewood, Mondrian and Casino Hotels.
And a distinguishing feature of the Baha Mar Collection is that it will allow residence owners the flexibility of using their residence in the Bahamas to get “up to 30 days towards alternate locations around the world for free”.
This is expected to provide added appeal and incentive for real estate investors looking to buy upscale luxury real estate.
With the objective being to to sell the Bahamas real estate residence an as investments that provides not only access to Baha Mar and destinations around the world but opportunities for rental income as well.

Baha Mar Collection Financing
The $2.6 billion Baha Mar resort development on Cable Beach is being financed by the Export-Import Bank of China and being built by the China State Construction Engineering Corporation and is expected to be completed December 2014.
